Other than business, he is immensely involved in different fields of academia and social initiatives. He is one of the recognized Medical Technology Analysts and QMS experts in the field of health services with his Certified Course on ISO Lead Auditor and Six Sigma Black Belt.
He has got extensive Professional training/experience with NPEDC Nepal in association with the Asian Productivity Organization Japan. He is also the Founder and President of the Chemical and Medical Suppliers Association (CHEMSAN), now serving as an Advisor.
